Shipping

For same day shipping and guaranteed service orders must be received by 3pm CST.

Orders received after will be shipped the next business day.

Microblading Supplies USA is not responsible for undelivered packages based on misinformation of shipping addresses filled out by the customer upon checkout.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure personal information is up to date. Each order receives a tracking number to the email used at checkout automatically as soon as the label is printed.

Please use this information to keep up with your package. Once an order has left our facility, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we can offer our assistance with the investigation process. We highly recommend that you select signature required, especially if the contents exceed $100.

FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All applicable custom fees, taxes, and duties are the responsibility of the customer. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. Please also note that in some occasions, customs agents may delay the delivery of some packages.

RETURNS AND STORE CREDIT POLICY

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order.

You can return your items for store credit or a different product. Please note it may take up to 3 business days for our team to process your return credit. Store Credit never expires.

We require the following:

• We issue store credit only. We do not issue refunds.

• Product must not be open, unsealed, or used, the item must arrive in the original condition that it was shipped in.

• Upon receipt, we will inspect the items. If they pass inspection you will be credited the full amount.

Please be aware that we deduct $10 from the store credit if you chose for us to provide the shipping label.

FOR U.S. ORDERS

Here’s how to Return or Exchange your item(s)

1. Contact our Support team: microbladingsuppliesusa@gmail.com

2. Provide the order number and the item you wish to return, as well as a short reason for returning the product.

3. We will send you an instructional email on how to proceed with the return. Please reply with your selection so we can move forward. - We do offer return labels if you wish to receive one, but we will deduct $10 from the store credit if it passes inspection. In the case that it doesn’t pass we will send out an invoice for both the return and redelivery label fee.

4. After the package has been shipped, use the number provided on the label or carrier receipt to track it. Once received we will send out a confirmation email.

5. We will inform you of the results once our team completes the inspection process.
