If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Before you take any action, please read the following policy regarding returns, refunds and shipping.
Here’s how to Return or Exchange your item(s) Contact our Support team: email@example.com. Provide order number and the item you wish to return as well as a short reason for returning it.

We offer return labels if you wish to receive one. We will deduct $10 from the store credit that will be issued to you upon receipt of your return. As soon as our Returns Team processes it, we will contact you with your store credit code.
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable.
For same day shipping, orders must be received by 4pm central time zone in order to ship the same day. If received later, they will ship the next business day.
It’s important to provide detailed and comprehensive shipping information when placing your order. Microblading Supplies is not responsible for undelivered packages based on misinformation of shipping addresses filled out by the customer upon checkout.
We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We will be sure to assist you with the carrier used to ship it, but once an order shows delivered, we cannot assume responsibility for packages that are lost and/or stolen.
Additionally, all applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package.
