Return & Refund Policy

If you’re not totally obsessed with your purchase, return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase. We’ll process your return as soon as we receive it for the purchase amount minus the original shipping charges. Please note it may take up to 3 business days for our team to process your return credit. Credit is processed in the form of store credit. This can be used toward an exchange, or a new order. Store Credit never expires. 

  1. When you return your purchase by mail within 30 days of the purchase date, you will receive store credit for the amount of the product, minus shipping cost.
  2. We issue store credit only. We do not issue refunds.
  3. Product must not be open or used, the item must arrive in the original condition that it was shipped in.

FOR U.S. ORDERS

Here’s how to Return or Exchange your item(s)
  1. Contact our Support team: microbladingsuppliesusa@gmail.com
  2. Provide order number and the item you wish to return as well as a short reason for returning it.
  3. We offer return labels if you wish to receive one. We will deduct $10 from the store credit that will be issued to you upon receipt of your return. 
  4. As soon as our Returns Team processes it, we will contact you with your store credit code.

Once you’ve sent it back to us, you can track your return if you used one of our labels. Look out for an email confirmation—we’ll let you know when your return is received and processed!

 

Shipping

For same day shipping, and Guaranteed Services, orders must be received by 3pm central time zone in order to ship the same day. If received later, they will ship the next business day.

Each order receives a tracking number automatically as soon as the label is printed.

It’s important to provide detailed and comprehensive shipping information when placing your order. Microblading Supplies is not responsible for undelivered packages based on misinformation of shipping addresses filled out by the customer upon checkout.

We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We will be sure to assist you with the carrier used to ship it, but once an order shows delivered, we cannot assume responsibility for packages that are lost and/or stolen.

We highly recommend that you select SIGNATURE REQUIRED if you have a history of missing packages, that way a person at your address must sign and collect your package eliminating the possibility of it being stolen.

Additionally, all applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package.
